We were so lucky to find Kim! She took an immediate interest in us and took the time to learn what we were looking for. She suggested properties for us to look at and set up appointments for us to look at properties we suggested as well. She is very knowledgeable about Starkville, but as buyers what we valued above all else was her candor – if she could tell a house was not for us, she did not try to force it on us, but was willing to say so and move on. Kim was also great during the negotiating process – she was very responsive and supportive and thorough. We appreciated her suggestions for local vendors and her expertise in leading us up through and to the closing. We had no idea what we were doing, but we always felt like we were in good hands, and any time we had questions Kim was there to help. We have enjoyed getting to know Kim and would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
